Relay for Life
We finished this week with a great weekend with the team participating in the Cancer Council’s Relay for Life.
It was a fun time camping out, relaying and enjoying the activities that all the different teams brought along with them. Our kids of all ages joined in and we had a really lovely weekend.
it was a time for the team to come together joined by our families and friends for a cause that impacts most families in some way.
Before the weekend started we had reached our target donation of $1000. We raised further funds during the weekend and as yet do not know the final total. We are very grateful to all who helped by donating to the Lake Road Labradoodles and we will be delighted to be able to pass on all these donations to the Cancer Council through Relay for Life.

Australian Veterinary Business Conference
Dr Alex and our Practice Manager, Sonya, last week attended the Veterinary Business Conference at Luna Park in Sydney.
They caught up with many of our suppliers and mentors during the two day event.
Both came back buzzing with new ideas that they can’t wait to implement to the benefit of the clinic and its community.
This week we introduced PAWPRINTS to our website. PAWPRINTS is our Memorial Page. It is a place where you are able to place a message about a pet that you have loved and lost, where your pet can be remembered by you and all those who also loved your pet.
‘You’ll never be forgotten,
You left pawprints on my heart.”
Beautiful kittens and their mumma!
