Birthdays

We had two birthdays last week, Dr Georgia and Puppy Preschool Co-ordinator Jesse. We managed to say happy birthday to them but their cakes arrived after the blog went off. So we can show you the cakes they had. Yummy cheese cake and a llama for Doctor Georgia and everyone’s favourite pavlova for Jesse! Hope you both had the best day! This week it is our kennel hand, Joella’s birthday. Happy birthday Joella! We hope you have a wonderful birthday!

Trainee Vets on Rotation

Nurses Mel and Shayne are both in their final year of their Veterinary Studies. They are participating until they complete their degrees in late June in ‘rotations’. They are attached to different types of Veterinary Practices for …..  Weeks at a time to gain important experience. Nurse Shayne is currently working with the Animal Referral Hospital in Canberra. This is the region’s specialist centre. We refer cases to the ARU as needed. Nurse Mel was working with them on an earlier rotation.

Next week a Charles Sturt University student will begin a two week placement with the clinic.
